We rarely go out to each, it just isn't what we enjoy most about "entertainment". We would rather see a movie, spend time outdoors, or enjoy a concert. Anyways, this week while the hubs is away I have been treating myself. No sense in making dinner for one, right?
Well, Monday I had dinner at Pei Wei with a friend. 
This new dish is INCREDIBLE but seriously spicy...I had some major issues for about an hour afterward...OK, OK, too much information! 
Today, I ate alone at my favorite restaurant in all the world...Chick Fil A. I swear ya'll, I would have my birthday dinner here if given a choice! It just doesn't get better than their nuggets, chick-fil-a sauce, fries, and a diet Dr. Pepper :)
Tomorrow, I am planning on Sushi with a sweet friend I just recently have gotten to know. Sushi is up there with Chick-fil-A for me...mmmm, I just love me some spicy tuna!
Not that I enjoy my husband being away, but it has been great for me to have some "me time" and friend time--I've actually surprised myself with how self-reliant I am.
Tomorrow is my last hoo-rah, and then I get to have my hubby back and that will be a big HOORAY!

That caramel chicken dish looks yummy! I heart chic-fil-a too:-) I always get diet Dr. Pepper there.
I love, love, love Pei Wei! I have a hard time believing they'd make a dish called caramel chicken and it be spicy, that's way uncool. We always get their mongolian beef. Mmm, I just ate, but that actually sounds really good right now. And Chick-fil-a is so good, waffle fries and honey mustard is my favorite. Okay, seriously - I'm drooling now. Yum.
I just hate it when they go away... but good for you for having some fun with out him!! :)
I've never been to Pei Wei.. but girl, I am with you about Chick-fil-A... mmmm, LOVE it! :)

Wow! That Carmel Chicken looks really good. I'll have to try that sometime. My boyfriend and I actually went to Molly Woos (which is an asian fusion restaurant) yesterday and had Pinapple Chicken. It's our favorite!
I actually had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A (it was actually a not so great date!!), so I haven't been back, but I should give it a try again. People keep telling me it's good.

Pei Wei is one of my absolute favorite places to go! I just love their Orange Chicken...ah I can taste it now!!
And you can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A OR Sushi!! Sounds fun. :)
