Freezer Cooking

Have any of you all ever tried a Freezer Cooking Day? I have heard a lot about it through Money Saving Mom and other frugal bloggers, and I am very interested to try it. I obviously work during the day, but this summer I will be home! I think this would be a great time to try it and I will have to let you know how it goes. But, I did want to ask if any of you have tried it and what you thought/how it worked for you.
Well, my Spring Break has officially begun! I'm off to Atlanta tomorrow morning to spend the weekend with good friends and family. I will be back on Tuesday ready to update you on my weekend. Happy Easter to all of you!

What is freezer cooking?
I wish I could freeze more stuff, but unfortunatly my freezer is not very big. I have been known to freeze homemade breads, cookies and pancakes. I have also made soups and stews before and froze them. The only advice I have is they really only last a couple of months, so just make sure not to forget they are there (for over a year like I have done) and let them go bad.
SO FUNNY you would write about this! I just asked a girlfriend the other day if she was interested in getting together to do a day of freezer cooking!!!!!! I want to do it too! Let me know if you decide! My only question is how do you know when to only mix something up OR to mix it up cook it half-way then freeze it?
I am with you on freezing things! It's so much easier when you are cooking for two :)
I have never heard of it!! Tell us more! Hope you have a great weekend in Atlanta!!
